We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Field Service (SFS) Lead to own the ongoing Operations & Maintenance (O&M) of Salesforce Field Service solutions supporting an enterprise Vegetation Management (VM) program.
The ideal candidate will bring strong technical leadership, production support ownership, and experience managing field operations solutions in a regulated utility environment.
Own end-to-end Salesforce Field Service operations for the Vegetation Management program
Ensure platform availability, performance, reliability, and production stability
Manage Incident, Problem & Change Management aligned with ITIL practices
Support field operations including patrols, inspections, hazard tree identification, trimming, pruning, removal, emergency/storm work, and cyclical maintenance
Support Salesforce Field Service Mobile users, including offline functionality, performance, usability, adoption, and training
Drive continuous improvements in crew productivity, utilization, SLA adherence, backlog reduction, data quality, and reporting accuracy
Lead minor enhancements, configuration changes, and controlled BAU releases
Partner with business stakeholders to convert operational challenges into Salesforce solutions
Enforce Salesforce best practices, security, governance, and compliance
Lead SFS developers, administrators, and support analysts
Conduct code reviews, release approvals, and platform health checks
Collaborate with Enterprise Architects and the Salesforce Center of Excellence (CoE)
Strong Salesforce Field Service leadership experience
Deep understanding of Field Service operations and production support
Experience with scheduling, mobility, integrations, and data management
Utilities / Vegetation Management domain knowledge is a strong plus
