Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Field Service (SFS) Lead to own the ongoing Operations & Maintenance (O&M) of Salesforce Field Service solutions supporting an enterprise Vegetation Management (VM) program.

The ideal candidate will bring strong technical leadership, production support ownership, and experience managing field operations solutions in a regulated utility environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end Salesforce Field Service operations for the Vegetation Management program

  • Ensure platform availability, performance, reliability, and production stability

  • Manage Incident, Problem & Change Management aligned with ITIL practices

  • Support field operations including patrols, inspections, hazard tree identification, trimming, pruning, removal, emergency/storm work, and cyclical maintenance

  • Support Salesforce Field Service Mobile users, including offline functionality, performance, usability, adoption, and training

  • Drive continuous improvements in crew productivity, utilization, SLA adherence, backlog reduction, data quality, and reporting accuracy

  • Lead minor enhancements, configuration changes, and controlled BAU releases

  • Partner with business stakeholders to convert operational challenges into Salesforce solutions

  • Enforce Salesforce best practices, security, governance, and compliance

  • Lead SFS developers, administrators, and support analysts

  • Conduct code reviews, release approvals, and platform health checks

  • Collaborate with Enterprise Architects and the Salesforce Center of Excellence (CoE)

Ideal Candidate
  • Strong Salesforce Field Service leadership experience

  • Deep understanding of Field Service operations and production support

  • Experience with scheduling, mobility, integrations, and data management

  • Utilities / Vegetation Management domain knowledge is a strong plus

Job Summary
  • Mizuho IT is seeking a Technical Business Analyst and Project Manager to support the firm’s post-trade processing environment for Equities, Fixed Income, and Derivatives platforms.

  • Successful candidates must be experienced in identifying and analyzing technology and functional flows and developing business and functional requirements.

  • Collaborate with Business and Technology stakeholders across the organization to support current state, ongoing enhancements, and projects.

  • The candidate must be technically proficient, able to multi-task well, explain solutions clearly, be well organized, and can work independently with minimal oversight.

  • Liaise with vendors, service providers, technology stakeholders, users, and management to deliver solutions for Back Office / Operations IT.

  • Support current post-trade processing platforms and flows. Prior experience in programming, job schedulers, vendor feeds, messaging platforms, documentation, business analysis, and project management required.

Major Responsibilities
  • Perform business analysis and project management to understand requirements for IT projects and execute projects primarily for the Operations department.

  • Identify, document, and manage risks. Recognize issues and proactively create solutions to mitigate adverse impacts.

  • Identify, document, and remediate gaps in processes and ensure alignment of the IT department with internal guidelines and industry best practices.

  • Required Qualifications
    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in STEM fields, MBA, or related discipline(s).

    • 10–15 years of work experience in IT, process re-engineering, or IT consulting.

    • Programming, business analysis, and project/program management background.

    • Experience liaising with vendors, service providers, technical and functional teams, users, and management.

    • Hands-on experience performing gap analysis, managing data, and guiding other resources.

    Additional Qualification (partially visible in image)
    • Process mapping / process improvement experience.
